Meet Jeremy

I’ve led strategic communications and public affairs teams for large public-sector organizations. I started ProclAmes Consulting to help mission-driven small businesses, nonprofits, and public organizations cut through the noise to find their audiences. Too often, PR consultants try to sell their clients on the flavor-of-the-month tactics. I take the time to understand my client’s mission and focus on developing a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with their mission and values. How can I help you?

Coaching & Training

Individualized coaching or small group trainings, I’ll help you hone your messages and polish your delivery for media interviews, speaking events, or Congressional testimony.

Writing & Editing

I’ll translate your technical/regulatory/scientific writing to plain-language messages tailored to reach your target stakeholders. From speeches, media pitches, op-eds, web content, to engaging social media posts.

Strategic Consulting

We want to be “less reactive, more proactive,” clients often tell me. I will work with your leadership team to develop a communications strategy linked to your mission. Then I will help you scale your comms teams to execute the strategy.

Training & Marketing Content

I will work with your existing content to develop compelling training or marketing videos, including concept development, script writing, narration, and video editing.

Jeremy at Service to the Citizen Award Ceremony

With 75 percent of HUD.gov visitors facing housing insecurity, the outdated state pages were not serving our customers. I built a cross-department team that executed a human-centered approach to completely rebuild the state pages. We field tested the design, including at a homeless shelter, and deployed across all states. This effort was recognized with a 2025 Service to the Citizen Award for Delivering Excellence in Digital Services.

A new nonprofit dedicated to building digital literacy asked me to create a training video on government impersonation scams. I scripted, voiced, and produced the short training video for use on social media and their online training library.

  • I worked with the Disaster Accountability Project to draft and pitch this op-ed published in The Hill.
  • I created and distributed media materials and social media for a regional economic development organization.
